DELIVERY POLICY: Products will be despatched within 2-3 working days of order receipt. We will inform you of any delays beyond this. Should an item not be in stock, or otherwise unavailable, we will provide an estimated delivery time. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class mail or Standard Parcel for all standard deliveries. They suggest you allow up to 20 days for delivery. However, in most instances,  you will receive your items within 4-5 working days from despatch. RETURNS & REFUNDS: All goods purchased from The London Company may be returned to us within 7 working days of purchase for a 100% refund. When returning goods, please ensure: 1. You clearly state your original London Company order number 2. Products are in original packaging and include original tags and other materials 3. Products are securely packed to avpid daage in transit, and 4. Carry sufficient postage. PLEASE NOTE: We will not offer refunds on goods: 1.That were not purchased from The London Company. 2.
